- Complete response questions for The Fifty First Dragon
- Interview or research a personal hero (real or fictional) and write 3/4 of page discussing who this person is and why you consider him/her a hero. Please include obstacles that your hero had to overcome in order to become who he/she is.
- It would also be a great idea to review your learning in grammar since the beginning of the year - a quiz is coming up next week. (nouns, verbs, adjectives, adverbs, possessive nouns, singular/plural nouns) You should be able to identify each of these in sentences.
- I also suggest you read a chapter in your new novel you checked out out of the library this week.
8I and 8H - Social Studies
- Read pages 1,2, 3 in Canadian Identity book and complete questions 1-7 (in proper sentences) in response to the Robert Harris painting on page 4.
It's already the end of the week for you, Grade 8! Way to go!
